Within one hour of your submission, you will receive a confirmation email from the HD Global Studies team. This email will acknowledge your message and include initial information about the formation environment — including a direct link to the 30 free formation videos.

Scheduling

Within 48 business hours, a member of the HDGS team will contact you to schedule an initial conversation. This is typically a 45-minute video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video — your preference). We offer scheduling across multiple time zones, including Vietnam time.

The Conversation

The initial conversation is structured but unhurried. We will ask about your family's situation, explain the formation environment clearly, and answer your questions honestly. At the end, we will tell you directly whether we believe HDGS is the right fit.

Is there any cost to the initial conversation?

No. The initial conversation is complimentary. We do not charge for the time it takes to determine whether HDGS is the right fit for your family.

Can I communicate in Vietnamese?

Yes. The HDGS team is fluent in Vietnamese and welcomes Vietnamese-language communication. The initial conversation can be conducted entirely in Vietnamese if that is your preference.

What if I'm not ready for a conversation yet?
